Open need for CRNA:

    • Length of need: 3 Months – with extension
    • Average Time to Credential: 90 days, but will rush temps in 45 days
    • Variety of cases including: General Surgery, vascular, Neuro, Spines, OB/Gyn, Ortho, Urology, Endo, Ent, plastics.

    • Proficiency with labor epidurals is preferred but not required

    • Clinician will be cross credentialed at St. Lucie Surgery Center(F796)
    • Majority Case Type: Ortho, General
    •  Average Monthly Case: 600-700 per month
    • Required Procedures: epidural skills preferred but NOT Required
    •  EMR:  Paper Anesthesia, hospital meditech

Current Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday 8’s or four 10’s per week. Clinician should be flexible with 8’s and 10’s that is ideal. If not, not a deal breaker but if on 10’s they should be flexible with all days of the week Monday thru Friday.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Temp Privileges with Clean File 
  • Epidural skills preferred
  • Must have active FL ARNP License
  • No Prior Malpractice or background issues – clean files only
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NBCRNA
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • Florida
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have active FL ARNP license prior to presentation
